In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be advised this property has a self check in process. 2-3 days before arrival, you will be sent a key code by email. You will need to bring this key code with you to the property to let yourself in. If you do not have your key code, you will not be able to access the property. Please be advised that due to the very central location of these apartments, it could be possible that some street noise could be heard when inside the apartment. We do not offer a 24 hour maintenance service. Should you experience a problem with any of the services, we will require at least 24 hours to attend and hopefully fix the issue. There will be no compensation offered for this first 24 hours. Finally, as is customary in the UK, we only provide bed linen, per bed and not per person. Any alternative linen requested, will be subject to availability and additional charge.
