The hotel is located in the heart of Andorra in the village of Encamp, at an altitude of 1,300 metres. The family-friendly hotel features a bar to relax in and enjoy board games, billiards, good music and beautiful views, as well as a panoramic restaurant, located on the fourth floor of the hotel, offering a warm ambience where guests can appreciate French-inspired cuisine. The establishment comprises 48 guestrooms, a lobby with a hotel safe, a cloakroom, lift access, a TV lounge and children's playground. Guests can keep in touch with the WLAN Internet access and a laundry service is also provided. Those arriving by car or bus may take advantage of the car park in front of the hotel. The hotel offers rooms fully renovated in 2008 with all comforts, most with beautiful views of the mountains, park, river or pool. Rooms are available with single, double or king-size beds and family rooms for three, four or five people. Disability-friendly rooms are also provided. All rooms come equipped with an en suite bathroom with shower, bath or hydro-massage cabin; hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, free WLAN Internet connection, a safe, heating and a private terrace. In the winter, as well as in the summer, a small train picks up guests at the door of the hotel and takes them to the Funicamp, a funicular that connects with the ski resort of Grandvalira. Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hiking and mushing, while in the summer guests may enjoy activities such as climbing, hiking and high mountain excursions. Exploring the Romanesque church route, touring the Old Town, visiting the various museums or relaxing in the thermal bath in Caldea, just 5 km from the hotel, are further leisure options. The hotel itself provides an outdoor swimming pool with a poolside snack bar, and guests may also play a game of pool/snooker. A continental breakfast buffet is served, whilst lunch and dinner are available à la carte.
