Spring Cottage B&B

Situated in the village of Probus, Spring Cottage is a grade II listed 17th century cottage with free WiFi access and free on-site parking. The bed and breakfast is 7.8 miles from The Lost Gardens of Heligan, 5 miles from Truro, and 26 minutes’ drive from the Eden Project. Each of the rooms at Spring Cottage B&B feature a TV with a DVD player, a private bathroom with a shower, complimentary toiletries and towels. In the mornings, a hearty cooked breakfast using locally-sourced ingredients is on offer. Served in the dining room, home-made American style pancakes, fruit and vegetarian options are also available. From the cottage, St Austell Brewery is 10 miles away and The Roseland Heritage Coast is also 19 minutes’ drive away. Please inform Spring Cottage B&B in advance of your expected arrival time. Please note that due to the age and character of the property, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. There are sloping floors and lots of narrow stairs.
