St. Pieters - Villa Cloe

I designed and built the development on the family inherited plot which neighbours St.Peters Chapel erected in 14th century, hence development was named after the Chapel - "St.Peter Villas". These new air-conditioned Mediterranean-style villas with a balcony and a garden are situated in the picturesque Banje bay, only a few metres from the crystal-clear sea. The village of Slano is a quiet settlement located on a 2-km long bay in the Dubrovnik Riviera. The sandy beaches, Mediterranean vegetation, pine forests and olive yards are perfect for long relaxing walks. Slano is a tourist settlement ideal for family vacations and a very attractive place for nautical tourism. It is about 30 km away from Dubrovnik. Please inform St. Peter Villas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform us in advance about your estimated arrival time.
