Stadtnest Apartments

The apartments are located in an Old Town building built in 1879 by master builder Johann Friedl. When renovating, I tried to ensure that the apartments typical character (high ceilings, wooden floors) is kept and that comfort is guaranteed. Located in Viennas vibrant 6th district, Stadtnest Apartments offer accommodation a 5-minute walk from the Westbahnof Train and Metro Station (line U3 and U6). The famous Mariahilfer Shopping Street is also only a 5-minute walk away. Free WiFi is offered. The apartment and the studio feature a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Each unit has a private bathroom (the bathroom in the studio is small), either fitted with a bath tub or with a shower, hairdryer, toiletries and towels. Many restaurants and supermarkets can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. Public secure parking at extra cost is available in about 7 minutes walking distance. Kunsthistorisches Museum and the Naturhistorisches Museum are a 15-minute walk from the property, while the Ringstrasse Boulevard and the Viennas city centre are a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute metro ride away. The Schönbrunn Palace and the ZOO can be reached in 15 minutes by tram. Upon request and against surcharge a garage space can be arranged. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
