This secluded townhouse is situated in the heart of Xaghra, approx 50m from the village square. In the square one can find restaurants bars and the beautiful town church. Situated down a lane, the house has all the old Maltese architectural features from the front courtyard, to the quaint front door. On entering, one finds an open plan hallway sitting, dining room and kitchen, with two large patio doors leading onto a small pool. On the ground floor one also finds a shower room. On the first floor there are three twin bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One can also use the roof sun terrace which has fantastic views of the countryside and distance sea views. The roof terrace is reached through a staircase form the main bedroom.
