Summit 15 is a spacious 4 bedroom apartment which has a large balcony with a BBQ and extensive views of Lake Jindabyne. Both Thredbo and Perisher ski resorts are a 30-minute drive away by car. It features 4 separate bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven and a fridge. The living room has a sofa lounge and a flat-screen TV. Summit 15 also has a laundry with a washing machine, clothes dryer, 2 undercover parking spaces and 2 bathrooms. Jindabyne Town Centre Shopping Centre is a 3-minute drive away and Canberra is a 2-hour drive away, perfect for a day trip. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with EFTPOS or a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note that the property requires a AUD $1,000 credit card pre-authorisation upon check in. You will receive a second email direct from Australian Alpine Resorts within 24 hours with your check-in and key collection details.
