These apartments are situated around 100 metres from the Playa de Xeraco beach area and about 3 km from Playa de Gandia with its numerous bars, restaurants and shops. The town of Gandia is some 5 km from the accommodation. This is an apartment complex comprising a total of 7 floors with 21 3-bedroom apartments and 14 2-bedroom apartments. From the main floor guests can access the swimming pool area, the garden and the car park. All apartments are fully equipped with a bathroom, a kitchen with a washing machine, a living room with a sofa bed, and a balcony. Each unit comes with bed linen, cooking utensils and small towels. The 3-bedroom apartments also have a toilet. The complex offers a swimming pool and gardens where guests can sunbathe.
