The Coach House

This lovely 19th-century house provides light and comfortable rooms, some with original features and private bathrooms. Guests can enjoy the nearby woodland walks. Each room at The Arlington offers a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Bathrooms include both toiletries and hairdryers. Biscuits are provided as well as supplies to make tea and coffee. All rooms have their own microwave, fridge, and toaster. The Arlington has free parking and easy and immediate access to the M5 motorway. Exeter Airport is just 20 minutes drive away. as is the main campus of the Exeter University. Exeter is less than 20 minutes’ drive, while the gardens and parkland of National Trust Killerton House are 2 miles away. Evening meals are available less than 5 minutes drive away at The Merry Harriers, and a free taxi service is provided from The Arlington to the restaurant. Please inform The Arlington in advance of your expected arrival time. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please note that the property shares a driveway entrance with the Arlington Hotel. Please take the drive and continue straight towards The Coach House, which is opposite Antique Village, and set back from the road. At present due to timings and types of rooms we only take contractors. We find that rooms are not suitable for tourists as we not only have concrete and tarmaac contractors but also heavy machinery trucks in the car park. Managed by a private host
