Offering an outdoor pool and covered dining and lounge terrace, The House of Origin is 5 minutes’ drive from the beach at Costa Teguise. It includes free WiFi and a private garage. Modern and stylish, the house has a living-dining area with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, as well as a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There are 4 double bedrooms and a children’s room with bunk beds, as well as a bathroom with a large shower and spa bath. You will find restaurants, shops and bars in Costa Teguise. Costa Teguise Golf Course is a 10-minute drive from The House of Origin. Lanzarote Airport can be reached in 12 minutes by car. Please inform The House of Origin in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that the price of the villa is for 6 persons. An extra person carries a surcharge of EUR 10.
