The Royal Oak Inn, in the heart of Bowness on Windermere, is situated 100 yards up the steep hill which leads to end of The Dales Way Walk, which we are proud to be associated with as The Finishing Pub. All our cosy rooms are ensuite and located above the bar over two floors. They include free Wi-Fi, TV, radio alarm clock and tea/coffee making facilities. Guests can enjoy The Royal Oak’s renowned full English breakfast along with homemade bar meals, served daily from 12pm - 8:30pm (Closed Christmas Day).
