The Strand Cruise Bagan to Mandalay

The Strand Cruise is a luxurious journey through the history of Myanmar that mirrors the heritage and reputation of its sister property, The Strand Hotel in Yangon The luxurious Strand Cruise takes guests on a journey down the historical Ayeyarwady River with views of Myanmar and its must-see landmarks. Cruise itineraries include 4 nights from Bagan to Mandalay and 3 nights from Mandalay to Bagan. Throughout the whole cruise, guests enjoy free WiFi in all areas. The upper deck of the cruise includes a spacious deck where guests can relax and enjoy reading a book or the complementary international newspaper while sipping on a refreshing drink on the sun loungers. There is also a custom-made swimming pool with views of the river and its landscapes. The in-cruise wellness and spa centre includes pampering massage sessions, a relaxing foot reflexology station and a fully-equipped fitness room complete with treadmills, weights and other gym equipment. For a memorial dining experience at The Strand Restaurant, international and Asian cuisines are served and prepared by the internationally-renowned chefs. Wine tasting and barbecues can also be arranged on the upper deck for private event with friends and family. Sarkies Bar on the upper deck offers guests with exclusive cocktails, wine and other drinks while a special host guides you through Myanmars culture and history. Please inform The Strand Cruise - Mandalay/Bagan - 2 or 3 night each Friday & 4 night each Monday in advance of your expected arrival time. Please note that The Strand Cruise - Mandalay/Bagan - 3 night each Friday & 4 night each Monday offers a one-way cruise between Mandalay and Bagan. Guests are kindly requested to refer to the room details for the itinerary. All rooms are inclusive of 3 meals (full board) for the full sailing days. Only breakfast is served on the day of disembarkation. Rates are inclusive of a shuttle service from the point of disembarkation to the airport.
