If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be advised the room is only available from 15:00 on the day of arrival, and if you are arriving after 18:30 please can you let the property know. Parking is available on the road in front of the guest house and either side of the inner church wall, without a parking permit for 24 hours (No return within 12 hours). If you are parked in a zone A space we will issue you with a parking permit on check-in from 3:00pm. A permit is required between 08:00 and 18:00 everyday.
