The West Inn Kauai

The Pacific Missile Range Facility(PMRF) is 8 minutes from of the hotel and Kauai Veteran’s Memorial Hospital(KVMH) is less than 1 mile away. This is to confirm that the CARDHOLDER is authorizing the charge and for address verification so it’s important the guest provide the correct address on file with their issuing bank. Failure to submit this form within 36 hours will result in the cancellation of the reservation. If the guest is arriving after 6:00pm they will need to contact the hotel with their check-in time and will be REQUIRED to submit a pre-arrival check-in SMS/email in order to receive their room assignment by emailing thewestinn@hotmail.com ALL guests are required to provide ID upon check-in.
