Please note that the property is obliged to offer only leisure stays, as mandated by the local government. Pets are allowed on request, based on availability. The maximum number of pets allowed is 2. A pet costs 6 euros per night per pet. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
