Located in just 40 minutes by car away from Kota Kinabalu city in Sabah, the resort was formerly known under another name, reopened again in 2007 and began operations with a new outlook and approach to quality and guest satisfaction. The resort is situated along a 5-kilometre long beach lined with palm and casuarina trees fanned by the gentle sea breeze, Tuaran Beach Resort makes for a perfect getaway for relaxing lounges and exhilarating games and sports on the seaside. The resort boasts a full-range of hotel features and facilities in its rooms and chalets to ensure a comfortable stay. For meetings and banquet events, there are packages that cater for a wide variety of events with our 6 function halls including business seminars, wedding receptions, company outings, garden parties and much more. Guests will also be spoilt for choice when it comes to food and beverages with the extensive range of Malay, Chinese, and Western cuisine. The resort has 115 rooms divided into deluxe rooms, family rooms and chalets. All rooms have been fitted with amenities to ensure that guests' receive a comfortable and well-deserved holiday. All are equipped with individually adjustable air-conditioning, attached bathrooms, mini-fridge, telephones, and tea and coffee making facilities. There are also several interconnecting rooms. All chalets and deluxe suites have individual balconies. At the D'Anjung Cafe coffee house, guests can choose to dine in cool air-conditioning or al-fresco on the balcony outside. Both areas offer pleasant views of the hotel Resort's garden and beach. The Coconut Bar is a soothing and relaxing place to lounge on a long laid-back afternoon. Located between the swimming and the beach, the Bar serves snacks and most kinds of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
