A 3-minute walk from Ohiradai JR Train Station, Umimoto features an indoor and outdoor hot spring bath, Japanese-style rooms and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. It offers Japanese-style rooms with free Wi-Fi, some boasting mountain views and a steam sauna. Umimoto’s guests are offered relaxation in spacious hot spring baths with lava rocks from Mount Fuji. Men and women are separately offered hot spring access, according to a schedule. Each floor has a shared bathroom, while other facilities include drinks vending machines and free parking. Massage treatments can be arranged. A Japanese kaiseki traditional course dinner is served in the privacy of the guest room, and features seasonal specialities. The Japanese-style spa hotel is a 15-minute drive from the Venetian Glass Museum, and a 20-minute drive from the Pola Museum. Owakudani can be visited a 50-minute drive away. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Check-in between 19:00 and 21:00 for guests who do not have a dinner-included reservation. Check-in between 15:00 and 18:00 for guests with a dinner reservation.
