This traditional Zanzibar-style house is located in the Jambiani village, on a private, palm-lined beach. It offers a terrace overlooking the Indian Ocean and a communal living/dining area. Large, carved sultan beds and ceilings woven from banana leaves typify the traditional character of each room at The Vanilla House. Three rooms have a private bathroom while 2 rooms share a bathroom. Breakfast at The Vanilla includes fruits, fresh juice, eggs or pancakes. Dinner is available from 18:00 till 20:00, and various local bars serve cold drinks for refreshment. Guest can relax on the large terrace. Staff can assist with arranging activities such as sightseeing, diving, boat cruises, swimming with dolphins and cooking workshops.
