This villa is located in the village of Patrimonio, around 250 m from the nearest local shops, restaurant and bars, as well as numerous caves. The villa offers remarkable views of both the famous 13th-century church and the surrounding vineyards, for which this area is so widely known. The port of Saint-Florent and the beach are approximately 5 km away, and it is about 52 km to L'Ile Rousse. Guests may also choose to go on a boat ride to the beach of Loto, the departure point for this being about 10 minutes away by car.
