This villa is situated in Moraira, 4 km away from the town centre, resort centre and local sandy beach. The nearest restaurant and supermarket are 1.5 km away. This finca-style villa is decorated in classic style and features a lovely garden in front of the villa. It is built on 2 floors and features 4 bedrooms, making it ideal for up to 8 guests. Ample parking space can be found just outside the entrance to the villa. This villa offers a large spacious lounge and a dining area with comfortable seating, a dining table, an iron and ironing board and a satellite TV. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and two others each with twin single beds. Guests are additionally provided with 2 fully fitted bathrooms. The kitchen comes equipped with a gas cooker with 4 hobs, an electric oven, a coffee maker, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. At the front of the villa there is a large terrace with views of Moraira bay. At the rear of the hotel there is a rectangular swimming pool (roughly 8x4 m) with access via roman steps, as well as a built-in barbecue and sun loungers.
