Quiet time is 10pm - 10am. Caretaker can prepare basic food, BBQ and Mexican meals. Cost is $12 usd per meal, per person, plus the groceries supplies. Children under 12 years old do not pay. There is a $25 usd fee for each grocery shopping trip. Gratuity additional and recommended.
