A family hotel and restaurant since 1936, this country-style house exudes a traditional charm and elegance that provides a soothing atmosphere for your stay. After a delectable breakfast, you can decide to have a morning stroll along the river and breathe in the fresh air. Explore the charming villages in the area and try some exciting outdoor sports, such as walking or mountain biking. You can also venture out a little further to visit the city of Spa, famous for its mineral springs, or the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform La Villa Des Roses in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. It is not possible to check in after these specific hours. Guests are requested to please inform the accommodation 24 hours in advance of the arrival time, if this is outside regular check in hours. Please note the restaurant is open only on the weekend. When guests want to have dinner at the hotels restaurant, they need to reserve a table in advance. This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking or by contacting the hotel/property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that it is not permitted to eat meals in the rooms. For group bookings of up to 3 rooms, the total amount of the stay is required as a prepayment. Bookings of more than 3 rooms per booking cannot be accepted. Group bookings of more than 6 people are not accepted.
