Only 150 metres from the beach, this property is located in the town of Brodarica, just 5 km south of Šibenik. Fishing trips and grilled fish specialities are available on request. Apartments at Villa Marica have a kitchenette, living room with sofa bed, balcony and air conditioning. Top floor apartments have views of the sea and other apartments have views of the lush garden. After a day out fishing with their host, guests can grill their catch in the garden’s barbecue. Grocery stores and restaurants can be found within a few minutes’ walk from the Marica Villa. The nearest bus stop is just 70 metres down the road. Split is about 40 km away. Please inform Villa Marica in advance of your expected arrival time. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Swimming pool is closed from Sat 04 May 2019 until Mon 10 Jun 2019
