The house has a 50-inch flat-screen TV with Netflix and international channels as well as a Smart TV. A ceramic hob, oven and washing machine are included in the kitchenette. There are 2 bathrooms. Sun loungers, a dining table and BBQ facilities are included on the terrace. There is also a rooftop terrace with views of the Atlantic Ocean, and the islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos. The private parking has space for 2 cars. Pool can be heated upon request for a surcharge. The Pechiguera Lighthouse is 300 metres from the property. Guests can visit the unspoiled beaches of Papagayo within a 20-minute drive. Timanfaya National Park is 25 km away, while Lanzarote Airport can be reached in 35 minutes by car. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
