Thanks to its slightly elevated position, the villa enjoys a wonderful view out over the countryside to the sea and to Calvi's distant citadel, some 10 km away. The villa is situated in a residential area 1 km outside Lumio, some 7 km north-east of Calvi, Haute-Corse. Restaurants, bars and shops can all be found around 1 km away, while the beach is around 2 km away. L'Ile Rousse is approximately 14 km away and the harbour town of Saint Florent is about 59 km away. This air-conditioned finca villa is well built and provides 3 spacious and well-appointed rooms all on one level. Outside, the landscaped garden provides a tranquil and private setting for the large swimming pool, amid scented oleanders and other flowering shrubs. Guests can also enjoy relaxing evenings in the dining room. The rooms each feature a twin or double bed. Other facilities in the villa include a bath, shower, TV, air conditioning, kitchen, fridge, cooker, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine and an ironing set. There is also a wonderful terrace. Guests can make use of the outdoor swimming pool and relax on the sun terrace, complete with sun loungers and parasols.
