Heated pool requests must be confirmed by the management company in advance. If confirmed, the heated pool will result in an additional cost. The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and total price if guest cancels within the 30 days period before arrival. The guest will be charged a 30% prepayment right after reservation and the remaining amount just before the 30 days before arrival period.
