Village by the Sea

Featuring an on-site fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, Village By The Sea is located in Wells. This resort offers a hotel feel in a home-like condominium. Each unit has a full kitchen, living room and patio or balcony. Our fully equipped kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. We are not a 24-hour business but are available by phone for in house guests 24/7. Our property offers free parking as well for up to two cars per unit. Ogunquit Beach and Kennebunkport are both 13 minute drives from Village by the Sea. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
