The villas feature magnificent views of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding vineyards. Istrian coast can be reached in a 15-minute drive. Surrounded by stone walls, each villa is a separate property comprising a large private garden with characteristic Mediterranean herbs. Barbecue facilities and traditional wooden furnishings are provided in the garden. Barat Villas are designed in the authentic Istrian rustic style. Each villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, an open fireplace and a balcony. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available, as well as a flat-screen TV with satellite reception and a DVD player. Barat is 1.5 km south of the town of Višnjan with its Observatory. A9 Motorway connecting the Slovenian border with Pula can be accessed in a 5-minute drive. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Thu 28 Feb 2019 until Fri 03 May 2019 Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 14 Oct 2019 until Fri 01 May 2020 A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The guests are kindly asked to check-in at Sveti Anton Street 22 in the village of Sveti Lovrec. The village is approximately 15 km from Villas Barat. Please note that extra beds are available upon request and have to be confirmed by Villas Barat. Early check-in and late check-out are possible at an extra charge and only upon previous request. Villas are cleaned every 7 days. Final cleaning fee is included in the rate.
