Accommodating up to 6 guests, Waterville Links lies on Ireland’s western coast, between Cahersiveen and Waterville in County Kerry. Waterville offers a sandy beach, water-sports and a golf course, with the town centre around 1km away. This house features a double bedroom with en suite facilities, 2 twin bedrooms, and a bathroom with bath and shower. It has an open-plan lounge with TV, a dining area and a kitchen with an oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is set in landscaped gardens and has private parking. Bed linen, towels and kitchenware are all supplied. Waterville lies on the Ring of Kerry, around 1 hour’s drive from Kenmare. Cahersiveen is 16km north of the town and offers boat trips to Valentia Island. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Electricity for heating and lighting is an extra charge and is payable on departure. Electricity is based on the individual meter readings and must be paid in cash. Security deposit payable on site. Bed linen provided. Please note that the deposit of EUR 100 is due at the time of booking while the remainder of the total payment will be charged to your credit card 6 weeks (42 days) before your check-in date.
