Skardu & Deosai Tour Itinerary Departure Schedule:
Every Monday Friday Night From Lahore At 10:30 PM
Every Tuesday Saturday Morning From Islamabad At 4:30 AM
Pick-Up Points:
- Lahore: Saddiq Trade Center Gulberg / Thokar Niaz Baig / Ashiyana Centre Gulberg 3
- Islamabad: Daewoo Bus Terminal near NUST EME College, Rawalpindi
- Karachi & Other Cities: Clients can join from Lahore or Islamabad
Route:
Lahore → Islamabad → Naran/Besham → Chilas → Upper Kachura Lake → Deosai/Basho Valley → Shigar Fort → Manthoka Waterfall → Skardu → Naran/Besham → Islamabad → Lahore
Itinerary
Day 1
- Departure from Lahore
- Pick-up participants from Islamabad
- Breakfast at Balakot / Besham
- Drive towards Chilas via Naran
- Sightseeing: Dasu–Sumar Nala, Kiwai, Lulusar Lake & Babusar Top (if open)
- Dinner & night stay in Chilas hotel
Note: If Babusar Road is closed, travel will be via Besham.
Day 2
- Breakfast in Chilas
- Visit viewpoint of Nanga Parbat
- Short stop at Astak Nala
- Visit Upper Kachura Lake & Lower Kachura (Shangrila) Lake
- Reach Skardu City
- Dinner & overnight stay in Skardu
(If time does not allow, Shangrila Lake will be visited on return.)
Day 3
- Breakfast at hotel
- Visit Manthoka Waterfall
- Explore Sarfaranga Cold Desert
- Visit Shigar Valley & Shigar Fort
- Return to Skardu
- Dinner & overnight stay in Skardu
Day 4
- Breakfast at hotel
- Departure in 4x4 Jeeps for Deosai Plains
- Visit Satpara Lake, Ali Malik Top, Kala Pani, Bara Pani & Sheosar Lake
- (If Deosai is closed, alternative trip to Basho Valley)
- Basho Valley sightseeing: Suspension Bridge, Basho Waterfall, Basho River, Camel Rock, Basho Forest
- Dinner & overnight stay at hotel in Skardu
Day 5
- Breakfast at hotel
- Drive back towards Naran/Chilas
- Visit Mountain Junction (confluence of Indus & Gilgit rivers)
- Stop at Naran Bazar / Babusar Top (if open)
- Visit Lulusar Lake
- Dinner & overnight stay in Naran/Besham
Day 6
- Breakfast in Naran/Besham
- Short stop at Kiwai Waterfall
- Drive back towards Islamabad
- Rest break on Motorway
- Drop-off for Islamabad participants
- Continue journey towards Lahore
- Arrival back home safely, Insha’Allah
