At the venue, guests can enjoy a lavish buffet featuring a modern take on traditional Arabic flavors. The live cooking stations serve mezze, kebabs, grilled seafood, and vegetarian delights. A highlight of the meal is the lamb ouzi, which is slowly cooked underground in hot sand, bringing out its rich flavors.
